For a quick chili con carne, fry 250 g of ground beef. Then add a finely diced onion and a finely chopped red bell pepper. For a little umami, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, which you now add and roast. Now fill your stew with 2-3 tsp of our Chefsache Chili con Carne, 200 g of chunky tomatoes and 125 ml of vegetable stock and let it simmer for at least 30-40 minutes. Just before the end of the cooking time, add a small can each of kidney beans and corn to the chili. Our chili tastes best with rice or served with a fresh baguette.
