Description

You can make the perfect herb butter easily with about 2 teaspoons of our Chefsache mixture per 50 g of your favorite butter. You can use the herb butter to stuff mushrooms or put it on your grilled steak. After that there is only one thing left to do, enjoy it!

By the way: The only hot dish offered by the Geneva "Café de Paris" is an entrecôte with butter sauce, green salad and pommes allumettes.
