On the wok, get set, go! Stir-fry approx. 500 g mixed vegetables in a pan, add 2 tbsp seasoning and deglaze with 5 tbsp soy sauce and 100 ml orange juice. Serve with rice or noodles. Your street food is ready!
The special thing about the wok is that, unlike a pan or pot, you only need very little oil. This means you can prepare particularly low-fat dishes. In addition, high temperatures are reached very quickly and your food is cooked nice and hot!
