An oriental recipe just for you, refined with our Young - Kitchen Harissa spice! Knead 200 g minced meat with 1.5 teaspoon Harissa, some salt and 30 g dried, finely chopped figs. Form walnut-sized balls, fry in a little hot oil and cook for approx. 5 minutes with closed lid.
