Young Kitchen chocolate-Schock spice
Chocolate-Schock Gewürzzucker
we have created this special sugar-spice mix for you, which can be used for Cakes, Fudge, Desserts or hot drinks.
Finest cocoa meets coconut blossom sugar and cinnamon as well as cardamom and cloves. Does that sound delicious already? Then the following tips will make the water run out of the corners of your mouth:
Tip 1 for some thurst
Take 1 cup of milk and stir in 1 teaspoon of chocolate shock. When you have heated the whole thing to your liking, you can alternatively add a shot of rum. Sounds delicious, doesn't it? Cheers!
Tip 2 for the sweet tooth
You simply stir 125 g butter, 175 g sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 3 teaspoons of chocolate-shock spicing sugar to a creamy mixture before you add 1 egg.
Next, mix 200 g flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1-2 teaspoons of water and then stir it in.
Now it's time to bake: At 150 °C circulating air, approx. 9 blobs of the mixed mass are placed on a baking tray covered with baking paper and baked for 15 - 20 minutes. Yummy!!
