Chocolate shock spiced sugar
Let's be honest: Who doesn't love chocolate more than anything? We would sell our grandmothers for it, seriously! And to share our chocolate love with you, we've created this wonderful spiced sugar for you.... Use it in cakes, fudge, desserts or hot drinks, but use it!
The finest cacao meets coconut blossom sugar and cinnamon and cardamom and cloves. Does that sound delicious already? Then the following tips will make your mouth water:
Tip 1 for the thirsty:
Take 1 cup of milk and stir in 1 tsp of chocolate shock. When heated to your liking, you can alternatively add a shot of rum. Sounds delicious, doesn't it? Cheers!
Tip 2 for the foodies:
You simply stir 125 g butter, 175 g sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 3 tsp Schoko-Schock spiced sugar until creamy, before stirring in 1 egg.
Next, 200 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder as well as 1 - 2 tsp water are first mixed, and then also stirred in.
Now it's time to bake: At 150 °C convection oven, place approx. 9 blobs of the mixed mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
