With a mixture of sea salt, paprika, onion, parsley, bell pepper, nutmeg, marjoram and breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast), our minced meat seasoning salt provides for proper taste without much effort but with a lot of finesse.

Description

Craving delicious homemade meatballs made with fresh ground beef? Well, then we have the perfect recipe for you: First, soak 30 grams of white bread and then squeeze it. Then knead it together with 250 g of ground beef, 1 tablespoon of ground beef seasoning salt, 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley and an egg. Now you just have to form uniform meatballs and fry them in a pan.

Whether pork, beef, veal, lamb or poultry - minced meat should always be processed fresh and may only have 1% salt as an additional ingredient when sold. Of course, you can store dishes with minced meat in the refrigerator for a day or two after cooking, but it should not be longer. Alternatively, you can freeze the cooked meat without any problems.

Our tip: 150 g butter with 100 g icing sugar and 1 tbsp. spice, stir until foamy. Sift 200 g flour into it and stir in 1 egg yolk. Form into long rolls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours in the fridge. Cut into approx. 2 cm wide taler and place on a baking tray, bake at 180 °C convection oven for approx. 15 minutes and let cool.
