For delicious apple pancakes: peel 2 small apples and cut them into fine pieces. Then separate 2 eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with 200 g flour, 70 ml mineral water, 200 ml whole milk, 50 g sugar and a pinch of salt. First fold in the beaten egg whites and then the apple pieces. Then heat some vegetable oil in a pan and fry the apple pancakes in batches over a medium heat. Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar spice and enjoy!
