Baked apple spice
Our tip: soak 15 g raisins in 3 tablespoons rum. Hollow out 2 Boskop apples, save the top and rub with lemon juice. Roast 15 g each of chopped hazelnuts and almond slivers. Mix with 2 - 3 tbsp. melted butter, rum raisins, lemon zest, 40 g marzipan and 2 tsp. baked apple spice. Fill the apples, put the apple lid on it and put it in a baking dish in the oven at 180 degrees (convection oven) for 25 minutes. It goes well with vanilla sauce.
