You can then use it to make a delicious pepper sauce, for example. Take 5 tbsp of butter and melt it in the pan. Season the slightly foaming butter with a few good turns of the mill and sauté everything over a low heat for a few minutes. Then peel and chop an onion, add it to the pan and deglaze everything with a little red wine and about 300 ml of vegetable stock once the onions are translucent. Finally, bring everything to the boil again and stir in 200 ml of whipping cream. Then taste and season to taste. Enjoy!
