Description

Looking for the perfect marinade for your roast chicken? Well, pay attention: First, salt and pepper your chicken inside and out. Then mix 2 tablespoons of melted butter with 4 tablespoons of the roast chicken spice preparation and brush the chicken. Place the bird in the oven at 180 °C for about 1 hour. In between, you should brush the chicken with the marinade every now and then to savor the full flavor.

It doesn't matter whether you prefer to eat your roast chicken with salad, roast potatoes or baked vegetables, there's one thing we all agree on: it has to be crispy. The perfect chicken from the oven is that the skin is nice and crispy and the tender white meat is still wonderfully juicy.
