Ich liebe diesen Peffer,wegen diesen unverkennbaren Geschmack.Ich wünschte es gäbe ihn in einem Gewürzbeutel.Da ich die Gläser einfach nicht fortwerfen kann.😥
Auch dieser Pfeffer unterscheidet sich in einigen Nuancen von herkömmlichem Schwarzpfeffer. Der Geruch ist ähnlich, aber nicht beißend - er brennt nicht in der Nase. Die Schärfe ist recht stark und ebenso etwas runder. Muss man einfach mal probieren. Ich mag ihn jetzt schon.
