Whether for breakfast, lunch or as a classic evening meal: fresh, fluffy bread is empty faster than you can look. To make it perfect, simply use 4 teaspoons of bread spice and 1.5 teaspoons of salt per 500 g of flour. Add the remaining ingredients as described in your favorite bread recipe and pop it in the oven!
A little storage tip: If you store your bread safely in a bread bin, you should clean it regularly with vinegar water and remove any crumbs. This will keep your future loaves much longer if you can't eat them straight away.
