For a quick Bolognese sauce, fry 500 g of minced meat in 2 tbsp of olive oil, add a finely diced onion and cook until translucent. Now deglaze with a good dash of red wine and allow to reduce. Then add 800 g of chopped tinned tomatoes. Now, of course, the most important thing for the taste: 3-4 teaspoons of our Bolognese seasoning. Allow everything to simmer for around 20 minutes and serve the sauce with your choice of al dente pasta. For the finishing touch, sprinkle the dish with some freshly grated Parmesan - simply perfect!
A little tip for all Bolognese lovers: in Italy, the classic Bolognese sauce is traditionally served with tagliatelle rather than spaghetti, as the wider pasta can absorb the sauce better. So for an authentic experience, try tagliatelle instead of spaghetti!
