This lentil soup has what it takes to become a classic! Chop 3 carrots, 1 leek and 2 onions. Add 2 chopped garlic cloves, a grated piece of ginger (approx. 3 cm), a diced red chilli pepper for a spicy kick and 3 Roma tomatoes for color and a slight sweetness. Add everything to the pan with 4 tbsp rapeseed oil before the grand finale. Add 350 ml vegetable stock, 250 g red lentils and 350 ml whipping cream. A pinch of Anders Curry Classico seasoning gives the soup even more exotic flair. Add a little salt, pepper and paprika powder and you're done!
