Also a real flavor bomb in pesto! Simply take a blender, add 200 g fresh parsley, 120 g pine nuts, 30 g grated Parmesan, 100 ml olive oil, 60 ml rapeseed oil, the juice of a lime, a little sea salt, a pinch of pepper and around 2 teaspoons of organic thyme and blend everything well. You can then fill the pesto into small jars and enjoy with your pasta or as a bread dip!
