Für 400 Gramm frischen Lachs nehme ich 3 gehäufte Esslöffel Rub und rühre das Gewürz mit Olivenöl zu einer sämigen Paste. Die streiche ich auf den Lachs und gare ihn ca. 15 Minuten im vorgeheizten Backofen. Ein Gedicht! Beilagen nach Wahl.

Genial für alle Fische

Genial für alle Fische. Der Fischrub fehlt bei mir auf keinem Fischgericht, ob ich den Fisch brate oder im Gemüsesud dämpfe. Vorher wie beschrieben mit Olivenöl bestreichen, dann den Fischrub drauf und fertig. Na gut, ich salze und pfeffere den Fisch zusätzlich noch leicht.
