Description

You don't have a recipe for paella yet? Then watch this: Slice 150 g of chorizo, fry it and take it out of the pan. Dice 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 bell bell pepper, 3 tomatoes and saute everything with about 3-4 tsp Young Kitchen La Paella in the rendered fat of the chorizo. Then fry 200 g of paella rice briefly and add enough water to make a stock. Add about 16 king prawns and turn them after about five minutes in the pan. Now add 300 g chicken breast and 200 g blanched beans and let your paella simmer again for five minutes. Next, you can add the chorizo slices again. But be careful: do not stir anymore! Finally, let everything simmer on low heat until the rice is cooked. Paella is often served with a few lemon wedges and rosemary sprigs. Your Spanish one-pot dish is ready! Our recipe serves about 4-5 people.
