The Production
Windspiel Gin is traditionally handcrafted in Daun, located in the volcanic Eifel region of Germany. By avoiding industrial processes and large-scale production, only small batches are distilled with great attention to detail. Fine exotic botanicals from distant regions are carefully combined with local ingredients, such as potatoes matured in volcanic soil.

Where else but in the uniquely rugged landscape shaped by ancient volcanic forces could such an extraordinary gin be created?
