Description

What you need for tomato butter? Let 2 tsp of spice swell in about 2-3 tsp of hot water. Mix everything with softened butter (about 60 g) and put the mixture in the fridge. As soon as the butter is firm, you can enjoy it!

By the way, the tomato belongs to fruit in the botanical sense. Nevertheless, it received the award for the best vegetable of the year 2001 from the Verein zur Erhaltung der Nutzpflanzen e.V. (Association for the Preservation of Crops).
