Description

Our Chefsache Pepper Mélange is suitable as a finishing pepper directly at the table or for barbecue marinades. Just mix some of our pepper mixture with a little oil and maybe some fresh herbs, rub it on your meat and let it sit for at least an hour.

By the way: The term melange (from the French) describes nothing else than a mixture of different flavors.
