Fried scampi - high in protein, Mediterranean and quick to prepare! You will need 500 g scampi, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp scampi & seafood seasoning, lemon juice from half a lemon and parsley. Heat the oil and fry the scampi for 2-3 minutes. Season them with our seasoning, add the lemon juice and leave everything to infuse briefly. Finally, place on a plate, garnish with parsley and enjoy! Perfect with baguette or over your pasta.
