Dark red color, medium hot and without seeds, these are our Chili Flakes. Freshly ground, the flakes can be cooked well with, but also look good sprinkled over finished dishes. This chili is also perfect as an alternative to Turkish Pul Beaver. For Chili con Carne, stews, meat but also for all tomato dishes Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, which can use a spicy kick, fits this freshly ground chili ideal.
