  •  20g butter

First we grease a baking dish with butter. In the next step, the potatoes have to be peeled, sliced ​​and layered in the mold. Then we stir in the cream, milk, the clove of garlic, the nutmeg powder, fleur de sel pepper, butter and the granulated broth in a top and carefully heat the whole thing. Bring to the boil briefly and then add to the potatoes in the baking dish. If you want, you can refine the whole thing with some grated cheese.
