Recipe of the month for January: rum punch

Since January is getting colder again, we would like to “make you hot” this month 😉

And that works just fine with a delicious rum punch!


  •  a lemon zest
  •  8 clove shells
  •  1 cinnamon stick
  •  80g sugar
  •  1l red wine
  •  350ml port wine
  •  300ml rum

And this is how it is done:

The preparation of the punch is actually very simple. First, the lemon peel, cloves, sugar and cinnamon stick are heated together with the red wine and the port wine. But be careful: the whole thing must not boil! The brew can now brew for 15 minutes. The lemon peel and the spices can now be removed with a sieve. Finally, the favorite rum is warmed up and poured into the punch.

We say “cheers” and “for the good”! The cold will soon pass!
