  • 200 g flour
  • 125 g butter

  • 300-400 g pumpkin meat (butternut or hokkaido)
  • 2 sticks of leek
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 4 eggs

  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 200 g grated cheese

That’s how it works:

Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, butter, salt, paprika powder and nutmeg and chill. Dice the pumpkin meat, cut the leek into 1/2 cm wide rings.
