For around 36 delicious speculoos: Simply cream 150 g butter with 125 g sugar and 1 egg. Stir in 2 - 3 tsp speculoos spice, 60 g ground almonds, 300 g flour and 1 tsp baking powder. Shape the dough into a ball and chill for 1 hour. Then roll out to a thickness of approx. 4 mm, cut out and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (fan oven 175 C °) for 12 minutes. Christmas can come!
