Spice shaker coriander leaf, grated

The rather unusual aroma of coriander for some is not everyone’s taste, but used correctly, it enriches many dishes. Both the seeds and the fresh green can be used, and coriander is therefore used as often in Asian cuisine as with parsley, for example. As an ingredient in curry, it is just as unimaginable as in vegetable soups or Asian salads. Coriander is also a real highlight in homemade salsa.
