Our tip: 150 g butter with 100 g icing sugar and 1 tbsp. spice, stir until foamy. Sift 200 g flour into it and stir in 1 egg yolk. Form into long rolls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours in the fridge. Cut into approx. 2 cm wide taler and place on a baking tray, bake at 180 °C convection oven for approx. 15 minutes and let cool.
Recipe suggestion: Marinate 300g sliced chicken fillet in 3-4 teaspoons of purple curry and 1 tablespoon of oil for one hour. Sear the meat and serve with vegetables in coconut sauce and rice.
