Description

Try it out right away! For example, when preparing a classic tarte flambée: dissolve 1 teaspoon of vegetable stock in a little water, mix it with 150 g of sour cream and crème fraîche and spread it on the dough. You can now top it with onions and bacon or, of course, a vegetarian alternative and bake it until it is crispy golden brown. Simply delicious!
