How do you earn bonus points at Hartkorn?

To collect bonus points at Hartkorn, you must first create your own customer account. Once this is done, you can start shopping. You will then automatically receive one Hartkorn bonus point worth €0.50 for every €10 you spend in your shopping basket. You can of course collect the points, which are valid for 365 days.

A quick example: If your next order is worth €30 (excluding delivery costs), you will receive three bonus points. These bonus points then have a total value of €1.50. If you place another order within 365 days with a value of €20, for example, you will receive two more points with a total value of €1.00. You can convert these points into a voucher and receive a €2.50 discount on your next order with a minimum order value of €10 or more.

How can you redeem the bonus points?

It's very simple. To do this, go to your existing Hartkorn customer account. There you will find the menu item "My bonus points". After clicking on it, you will see an overview of all your collected bonus points. If you want to redeem them, you can convert them into a voucher in just a few steps.

To do this, click on: "Convert my points into a voucher worth ..." You will then receive a voucher code that you can redeem directly with your next order in the Hartkorn online shop. The voucher is personalised and has a minimum order value of €10. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue. Cash payment is not possible.

Please note:

Your bonus points can only be converted into a voucher once the order with which you collected the points has been dispatched. If your order is cancelled, the bonus points will expire.
