It is high time for a fruity cooling in this summer of the century. What could be better than a cool ice cream? We Germans eat about 8 kilos a year! At the forefront are chocolate, vanilla and hazelnut. In keeping with this, we present you the perfect cooling today: Our Selfmade Fruit Berry ice cream. The berry topping not only makes the ice cream an absolute eye-catcher, it also tastes super delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 250g Greek yogurt
  • 100g berries
  • 1 Tl Young Kitchen Fruit Berry Spice

That’s how it works:

Puree the berries and fruit berry spice and pour them into the ice molds. Then sweeten the Greek yogurt to taste and simply pour it on the mashed berries. Enjoy everything in the icebox overnight and enjoy the next day!

A little tip: If you don’t have any ice molds, empty yogurt cups are also perfect!
