When it gets really hot outside, one thing is particularly tempting: a cool dessert!
To top it all off, one of the absolute childhood favorites has thrown itself into white clothes: the cold dog! Here it gets better layer by layer, in between sweet raspberries and crispy waffles. Oh yes…. .SO tastes like summer!
Ingredients:
- 600g white chocolate coating
- 400g coconut fat
- 3 eggs
- 40g powdered sugar
- Half a lemon zest
- Some tonka bean rub
- 300g cookies
- 400g raspberries
- 100g dark chocolate
- Mint as a decoration
Melt coconut fat and chocolate coating. Beat the eggs with lemon, tonka bean and powdered sugar until frothy and then stir in the chocolate-coconut mixture. Now distribute about Ľ of the couverture mixture in a box. Put the first half of the waffles on top. Now put another layer of chocolate coating on top of it and then layer the raspberries except for a small amount. Now cover again with chocolate coating, spread the rest of the waffles except for a small amount on top and cover with the remaining chocolate coating. Now just chill for about 6 hours and decorate with the melted dark chocolate, the remaining waffles and raspberries as well as the mint and the blossom magic just before serving.
