The possible uses seem almost endless: Whether with steak and hot tin potatoes, with freshly grilled salmon, on bruschetta, as a salad and soup topping or as a classic dip with nacchos: Almost no food can escape the effects of our miracle weapon, which also comes with one proper load of vitamins and minerals scores!
Ingredients:
- 500g tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- cucumber
- 2 red onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 10g coriander or parsley or chives as an alternative
- 2 organic lemons
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- sugar
- 1 tsp guacamole spice
- 1 tsp hot chili mix
Preparation:
First quarter the tomatoes, then remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Also core the avocado and dice together with the cucumber and onions. Finely chop the coriander or the alternative together with the garlic and then put everything together in a bowl. Season with the juice of both lemons, a little lemon zest, olive oil, sugar and the spices. Goes well with steak with potatoes, on bruschetta, salad topping etc.
