So dear people, this time we have something fruity fresh for you on offer:

Delicious strawberry and ginger jam!

You want to have breakfast at any time of the day 🙂

You need these ingredients:

  •     500 g fresh strawberries
  •     500 g of white sugar
  •     1 – 2 teaspoons of ground organic ginger
  •     1 squeezed lemon

And this is how it is done:

Wash the strawberries and cut them into small cubes. Wash, halve and squeeze the lemon. Put the strawberry cubes, sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan and mix well. Then heat the jam on the stove and let it cook for 15 minutes. Then remove the jam from the heat and season to taste with 1 – 2 teaspoons of ground ginger. Mix everything well and pour into small glasses. Store cool and dry for 4 weeks before eating.
