On Friday, June 23rd, 2017 it was time again: After the company run in 2016 was canceled due to severe weather warnings, the runners of the Hartkorn Gewürzmühle were allowed to start again after the 2015 debut. Under the motto: “The spice caravan moves on”, 27 ambitious (:-D) athletes started and took on the 5km challenge through the old town of Koblenz, past the banks of the Rhine and back to the German corner.
There was an exuberant atmosphere in the beer garden on the German corner where the hard grains celebrated with about 40 people: Here the runners of the different groups were given goodbye to the start with motivating applause and received again with thunderous applause, beer and currywurst. Teamwork also works very well outside of the actual work (greetings to everyone!).
