Who spices, donates – the RED CAP fundraising campaign
Among our classics, the wonderfully colourful aluminium cans, once a year we also have cans that attract special attention thanks to their red caps – our RED CAP donation cans! But what exactly is it all about? Well, the principle is quite simply “donate with spice”. With every purchase of a RED CAP spice we donate 5 cents to an aid project of our partner, arche noVa e.V. And best of all, the whole thing happens without the purchase price for you even increasing by one cent! Sounds great, right? To become part of the RED CAP donation – and do good almost effortlessly – you just have to keep your eyes open and grab your favourite spices when they are wearing the red lid.
RED CAP fundraising campaign 2023
It’s a Monday morning in February, the earth trembles. Then a brief pause before the next tremors fill the population of Northern Syria with fear and terror. Walls shake, houses collapse, people are trapped. And even though the severe earthquakes in the border region between Syria and Turkey occurred several months ago, the people already devastated by civil war still rely on humanitarian aid. Therefore, we have decided to dedicate the RED CAP fundraising campaign to support the earthquake victims in Syria, in collaboration with our partner, arche noVa e.V.
It’s easy: All you have to do is buy the spice shakers with the red lids. You can find the RED CAP cans online or in stores. With every purchase of a Little Red Riding Hood, 5 cents will be donated automatically – without increasing the purchase price for you, of course.
No, they are always our spices in the spice shaker, but the selection changes every year. So it’s worth looking out for the RED CAP tins every year.
