Every day we hear from the media about environmental disasters, famines, terrorist attacks and wars. For some time now, we have been particularly concerned with the increasingly explosive refugee issue. We as a company would like to help people in emergency situations. On this basis, we created the RED CAP donation box for the first time. We donate 5 cents of every RED CAP donation box sold to the relief organization arche noVa – Initiative für Menschen in Not e.V.

Why do we donate?

We donate a part of our income to help people in emergency situations.
How do we donate?

To support people in emergency situations we have created the RED CAP donation box. We donate 5 cents of the sales proceeds of each RED CAP donation box sold. You can check the current donation amount on our counter on the homepage. The donation amount will be used for the relief organization arche noVa – Initiative für Menschen in Not e.V.

For our 1st RED CAP fundraising campaign we have chosen the topic of refugee aid and would like to support the arche noVa aid project “Distribution of school materials to school children in Northern Syria”.

About the project:

arche noVa is active in Syria since the end of 2012. The main objective of the measures is to ensure the survival of the people in the rural areas of Northern Syria (e.g. through food distribution, repair of the water supply systems, waste disposal). In addition, numerous activities of the relief operation pursue the goal of maintaining school operations in the project region. Many schools were damaged by the fighting, and many teachers have fled Aleppo. As a result, school operations are only very limited or no longer taking place at all. The country is threatened by a lost generation. arche noVa wants to carry out the most necessary repairs at three schools in the region in the coming months. For example, blackboards, doors and windows will be replaced. In addition, 90 volunteer teachers at 3 schools will receive a small expense allowance so that lessons can be held regularly.

With every Red Cap donation box you buy, you enable the students to visit the schools and provide them with the necessary school materials (notebooks, pens, ruler, etc.).
