Hartkorn wins award from food newspaper

In the “dry spices & herbs” segment, Hartkorn wins the coveted trade award, which is presented annually by the Lebensmittel Zeitung, for the first time in its existence. According to Lebensmittel Zeitung, Hartkorn is thus one of the 100 most successful brands in the food trade.

The special thing about this award are the evaluation criteria. Whoever wants to become a top brand must be able to demonstrate sustainable marketing performance. It is based exclusively on hard, verifiable facts. A total of around 5,000 product brands are entered in the race. The winner in the respective category is the product brand with the highest increase in market share with positive sales development and at least a constant number of buyers. In addition, the product brand must have a relevant market significance of one percent buyer reach in 2011 and 2012. The combination of these criteria ensures that the “Top Brand 2013” award is an assessment of overall brand performance.
