Try it right away – for example, in a classic gratin:
Slice 800 g of potatoes and layer them in a greased baking dish. Mix 250 g of cooking cream with 250 ml of milk and 2 tablespoons of Naturami Original. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and top with 100 g of Emmental cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (top and bottom heat) for about 1 hour.
The result: rich umami flavor. Simply delicious!
