Let's face it: unseasoned tofu doesn't taste as plump. As so often, it depends on the right spices. No problem at all with our tofu spice mixture. For example, you could mix 1 tablespoon of Tofu Spice with 100ml of water. To do this, briefly fry 150g of diced tofu and add the liquid. The whole thing just needs to boil down a little. The tofu will inspire you, I promise!
