Maxi Pepper black, ground

The favourite in chic black: pepper. Black pepper, like the white pepper, is also harvested fully developed, but in a stage between "still green", ie immature and until just before maturity (yellow-orange). The pepper is then dried slowly and under this process it develops the typical black color. This makes the all-rounder indispensable to all courts. From fish, seafood, meat and soups to steaming spaghetti and desserts, the black grains bring in the necessary spice everywhere.
