Sonnengereifte Tomaten werfen sich mit perfekt gereifter Avocado, knackiger Gurke, herzhaften Zwiebeln und frisch gehacktem Koriander ordentlich in Schale! F\u00fcr den gewissen Fr\u00fchlingskick sorgen Zitronenabrieb und \u2013saft und schon f\u00fchlt man sich wie an einer Strandbar im Urlaub. Das Beste daran? Die Verwendungsm\u00f6glichkeiten erscheinen schier unendlich: Egal ob mit Steak und hei\u00dfen Blechkartoffeln, zu frisch gegrilltem Lachs, auf Bruschetta, als Salat- und Suppentopping oder als klassischer Dip zu Nacchos: Nahezu kein Essen kann sich der Wirkung unserer Wunderwaffe entziehen, die nebenbei noch mit einer ordentlichen Ladung an Vitaminen und Mineralstoffen punktet!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g Tomaten<\/li>\n<li>1 Avocado<\/li>\n<li>Gurke<\/li>\n<li>2 rote Zwiebeln<\/li>\n<li>2 Zehen Knoblauch<\/li>\n<li>10 g Koriander oder Petersilie bzw. Schnittlauch als Alternative<\/li>\n<li>2 BIO Zitronen<\/li>\n<li>3 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>Zucker<\/li>\n<li>1 TL Guacamole Gew\u00fcrz<\/li>\n<li>1 TL Hot Chili Mix<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tomaten zun\u00e4chst vierteln, dann entkernen und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Avocado ebenfalls entkernen und zusammen mit der Gurke und den Zwiebeln klein w\u00fcrfeln. Den Koriander bzw. die Alternative zusammen mit dem Knoblauch fein hacken und anschlie\u00dfend alles zusammen in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Mit dem Saft beider Zitronen, etwas Zitronenabrieb, Oliven\u00f6l, Zucker und den Gew\u00fcrzen abschmecken.
