So schnell verabschiedet sich der Winter freiwillig dann n\u00e4mlich scheinbar doch nicht und sorgt daher bei uns vor den T\u00fcren noch einmal f\u00fcr jede Menge Schnee und frostige Temperaturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was also tun um den eigenen Temperaturzustand eines Schneemannes zu vermeiden? Ganz klar, ab in die K\u00fcche und \u00fcber dampfenden T\u00f6pfen abgefrorene Finger wieder auf Betriebstemperatur bringen! Klassiker wie Kartoffelsuppe und Linseneintopf klingen nicht sonderlich reizvoll? Gut, dass auch daf\u00fcr eine L\u00f6sung parat haben: Tacco-Pfanne!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Herzhaftes Hackfleisch, was selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch problemlos gegen vegane Alternativen wie R\u00e4uchertofu, Sojageschnetzeltes oder Bulgur ersetzt werden kann, trifft im Topf dabei auf knackige Paprika und M\u00f6hre. F\u00fcr den mexikanischen Flair sorgen Kidneybohnen und Mais. Fehlt also nur noch der gewisse Crunch! Hier kommen die Tortillachips ins Spiel, so dass das Gericht auch ein echter Sattmacher ist und f\u00fcr Tex-Mex-Suchtis ein absolutes Muss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So trotz man doch in Windeseile den kalten Temperaturen und die Mittagspause in Uni, Schule oder auf der Arbeit sind gerettet! Gebraucht wird dabei auch sogar lediglich nur ein einziger Topf, sprich weniger Abwasch und daf\u00fcr mehr Zeit zum Genie\u00dfen und das gerne auch abends mit den liebsten Freunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tacoauflauf f\u00fcr 4:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00a0etwas \u00d6l zum Anbraten<\/li><li>\u00a0750 g Rinderhackfleisch<\/li><li>\u00a0600 g Tomatenst\u00fccke aus der Dose<\/li><li>\u00a0300 g geriebener Cheddar<\/li><li>\u00a0250 g frischer Spinat<\/li><li>\u00a03 Paprika<\/li><li>\u00a02 Zwiebeln<\/li><li>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hartkorn-gewuerze.de\/de\/grindn-spice-meersalzmuehle.html?utm_source=Blog&amp;utm_medium=Beitrag&amp;utm_campaign=grindnspice-meersalz-tacoauflauf\">Salz<\/a><\/li><li>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hartkorn-gewuerze.de\/de\/grindn-spice-pfeffermuehle-schwarz.html?utm_source=Blog&amp;utm_medium=Beitrag&amp;utm_campaign=grindnspice-pfeffer-tacoauflauf\">Pfeffer<\/a><\/li><li>\u00a01-2 TL <a href=\"https:\/\/hartkorn-gewuerze.de\/de\/young-kitchen-hot-chili-mix-gewuerz.html?utm_source=Blog&amp;utm_medium=Beitrag&amp;utm_campaign=young-kitchen-hot-chili-mix-tacoauflauf\">YK Hot Chili Mix<\/a> je nach Sch\u00e4rfeempfinden<\/li><li>\u00a0Sour Cream oder <a href=\"https:\/\/hartkorn-gewuerze.de\/de\/young-kitchen-guacamole-gewuerz.html?utm_source=Blog&amp;utm_medium=Beitrag&amp;utm_campaign=young-kitchen-guacamole-tacoauflauf\">Guacamole<\/a> zum Servieren<\/li><li>\u00a0Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln zum Garnieren<\/li><li>\u00a01 Packung Tortillachips<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>So einfach geht&#8217;s:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hackfleisch und klein gew\u00fcrfelte Zwiebeln in einer Pfanne mit etwas \u00d6l anbraten. Anschlie\u00dfend die kleingeschnittene Paprika dazu geben, anbraten und mit Salz, Pfeffer und je nach Sch\u00e4rfeempfindlichkeit mit 1-2 TL Hot Chili Mix w\u00fcrzen. Nun den frischen Spinat mit hinzugeben, zerfallen lassen und die Pfanne mit den Tomatenst\u00fccken aus der Dose und einem kleinen Schluck Wasser abl\u00f6schen, umr\u00fchren und zum Schluss den Cheddar dar\u00fcber geben und schmelzen lassen. Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln in kleine Streifen schneiden, auf die Pfanne geben und mit ein paar zerbr\u00f6selten Tortillachis und Klecksen aus Sour Cream oder auch Guacamole garnieren. Restliche Tortillachips dazu reichen. Jetzt hei\u00dft es nur noch: Ran an die L\u00f6ffel und schmecken lassen!
