{"id":1597,"date":"2020-06-09T13:38:25","date_gmt":"2020-06-09T11:38:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wp.hartkorn-gewuerze.de\/wp2\/recipe-of-the-month-of-may-asparagus-classic\/"},"modified":"2020-11-11T16:35:08","modified_gmt":"2020-11-11T15:35:08","slug":"recipe-of-the-month-of-may-asparagus-classic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hartkorn-gewuerze.de\/blog\/en\/recipe-of-the-month-of-may-asparagus-classic\/","title":{"rendered":"Recipe of the month of May: asparagus classic"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For our connoisseurs in May we have:<\/p>\n<h2>Classic asparagus &#8211; with that certain something!<\/h2>\n<p><strong>You need this for 4 people:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&nbsp;1 kg of fresh white and green asparagus<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;1 tsp salt for cooking<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;1 teaspoon of sugar<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;1 tsp lemon juice from a lemon<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;1 kg of potatoes<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;400 g sliced \u200b\u200bham<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;a portion of hollandaise sauce<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Parsley for sprinkling<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;1 vanilla twister to grind<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;A little salt and pepper to season<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>And so everyone succeeds:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bring water, salt, sugar and lemon to a boil. In the meantime, clean the asparagus, peel and tie together in portions with a cotton thread to form bundles and let it cook for about 18 &#8211; 20 minutes. The asparagus should still be a little crunchy. Drain the cooked asparagus well. In addition, cook potatoes. On the warm asparagus, grind 4-5 times real Hartkorn vanilla from the vanilla twister and arrange decoratively on dinner plates with potatoes and a little ham.
