Today there are:<\/p>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Potato gratin with organic fleur de sel<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>As always, here is your list of ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&nbsp;1 kg of hard-boiling potatoes<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;1 \/ 4 l cream<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;1 \/ 4 l milk<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;1 chopped clove of garlic<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Ground Hartkorn nutmegs<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;2 tsp Hartkorn BIO Fleur de Sel<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Hartkorn black pepper<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;1 tablespoon of granulated broth<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;20g butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>And then it starts:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First we grease a baking dish with butter. In the next step, the potatoes have to be peeled, sliced \u200b\u200band layered in the mold. Then we stir in the cream, milk, the clove of garlic, the nutmeg powder, fleur de sel pepper, butter and the granulated broth in a top and carefully heat the whole thing. Bring to the boil briefly and then add to the potatoes in the baking dish. If you want, you can refine the whole thing with some grated cheese. The potato gratin must now bake in the preheated (180 \u00b0 C) oven for about 1 hour. Do you smell it already?
