And what do you do in November? Correct! Halloween is over and the pumpkin remains have to go somewhere. We wish you a good appetite with our<\/p>\n<h3>Pumpkin and leek tart<\/h3>\n<p><strong>And here are your ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For the ground:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g flour<\/li>\n<li>125 g butter<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp hard grain paprika sweet<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon ground hard nutmeg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For covering:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300-400 g pumpkin meat (butternut or hokkaido)<\/li>\n<li>2 sticks of leek<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp butter<\/li>\n<li>50 g brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>4 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp hard grain curry garam masala<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of cream<\/li>\n<li>200 g grated cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>That&#8217;s how it works:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, butter, salt, paprika powder and nutmeg and chill. Dice the pumpkin meat, cut the leek into 1\/2 cm wide rings. Braise both in 2 tablespoons of butter for about 5 minutes. Whisk the 4 eggs with the cream, sugar and spices. Roll out the dough. Grease a springform pan and line it with the dough, pull up one edge. Spread the vegetables on the dough base and pour the egg pouring over them.
