There are no limits to creativity! In keeping with the variety of costumes, the bakery counters are not only the classic, but also numerous, extravagant variants with nougat filling, custard, coffee cream, apple-cinnamon compote or plum jam, which not only make small customers, but also many adults, shine.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>However, if you have made Berlin yourself, you know that a fluffy, wonderfully fragrant, homemade donut is a real revelation! Never tried it? Then it&#8217;s high time!<\/p>\n<h3>Recipe for Berliners<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>500g flour<\/li>\n<li>125 ml milk<\/li>\n<li>100 g butter<\/li>\n<li>1 packet of yeast<\/li>\n<li>30 g of sugar<\/li>\n<li>Cinnamon &amp; Sugar Grind`n Spice<\/li>\n<li>1 pack of vanilla sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>300 g raspberry jam for the classic or your choice of chocolate, caramel, pudding etc.<\/li>\n<li>Cooking fat<\/li>\n<li>some Young Kitchen Sweet Tonka Kiss<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>It&#8217;s that easy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Put the butter and milk in a saucepan and heat. Put the flour through a sieve into a mixing bowl and mix with the yeast. Add sugar, sweet tonka kiss, vanilla sugar, salt and eggs and mix everything. Then stir in the milk-butter mixture with a hand mixer. The mixture 5 min. Stir at the highest setting until a smooth dough is formed. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 2 hours.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle some flour on the work surface and then knead the dough briefly. Divide the dough into 15 pieces and form a ball out of each piece. Dust two cloths with flour and let the balls rise for a while.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Heat the frying fat in a saucepan or the deep fryer to approx. 170 degrees.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Add the dough balls and bake until golden brown. Then remove the Berliners and let them drain on some kitchen paper. Turn the warm Berliners in Sweet Tonka Kiss and let them cool.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, for the classic, fill the jam or, for other variants, the chocolate, caramel, pudding or compote filling in a piping bag with a perforated nozzle.
